Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šManage the complete employee IT lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes preparing and configuring hardware, setting up accounts, and ensuring a seamless technical transition for new and departing team members. šAssist in configuring and supporting employee devices (Mac, Windows, Linux) using Mobile Device Management (MDM). šHelp manage and configure software systems, including Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence). šServe as a point of contact for internal IT support requests, helping to troubleshoot technical issues for our team. šAssist in maintaining an inventory of company hardware and software assets. šContribute to the creation and upkeep of IT-related documentation and support guides. šCollaborate with the IT team on projects to improve our internal processes and security protocols.
What you need to be successful:
šYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. šYou have a strong interest in technical support, device management, and software configuration. šYou are a reliable, self-motivated, and quick learner with a structured approach to problem-solving. šYou possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; German is a plus. šYou are curious and proactive, with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company. šBonus: Basic knowledge of a shell scripting language (e.g., Bash, Powershell, Python) or familiarity with Google Workspace and Atlassian is a plus.
