Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDrive user acquisition for the company across paid media šLead, conceptualize and run the execution of digital marketing ad campaigns across various ad networks and platforms šDesign and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and adoption šConduct keyword and audience research to identify relevant target segments for campaigns šPerform A/B testing and implement strategies to continuously optimize performance and user acquisition šGenerate regular reports to measure campaign performance and areas for improvement šAnalyze data and optimize campaign budgets, CPI, CAC and other key performance metrics š8ćLead SEO and SEM and analyze performance metrics to formulate effective SEO strategies š9ćDevise optimization strategies to enhance search engine results and rankings.
Requirements
š5-8 years of experience in growth and performance marketingāā šAn appetite to experiment and use non-traditional marketing tactics, backed up by testing measurable and scalable programs that youāll optimize and launch based on learnings šProven track record of delivering results & driving user acquisition šProject management, prioritization skills & ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of development šA self-starter with ability to work with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit Exceptional project & time management skills šStrong execution, communication & strategic thinking skills, business savvy and an opportunity seeker šAbility to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound business judgment
