Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šProject Leadership: šLead and manage end-to-end facilities improvement projects. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that goals and timelines are met. šTechnical Expertise: šProvide technical leadership in process engineering, supporting the design and implementation of facilities upgrades. Ensure all technical deliverablesāsuch as P&IDs, hydraulics, equipment sizing, and safety device sizingāare met. šProject Coordination: šCollaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Manage communication with customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies. šFeasibility Analysis: šConduct feasibility studies, plot space evaluations, safety reviews, and constructability analyses. Incorporate operational, maintenance, and human factors into project plans. šCapital Project Management: šOversee capital expenditure projects, aligning them with business objectives. Prepare technical proposals, manage contracts, and coordinate with consultants and vendors. šProcess Improvement: šIdentify and implement strategies to enhance plant reliability and efficiency. Lead troubleshooting efforts and recommend process optimizations. šCompliance and Safety: šEnsure all projects adhere to local HSSE regulations, ISO standards, and internal safety protocols. Lead HAZOP and safety case studies to mitigate risks. šReporting and Documentation: šProvide regular progress updates, including status reports and performance metrics. Review and document vendor materials, equipment datasheets, and technical specifications.
Requirements
Requirements: šBachelorās degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, or related field). š5 years of experience in process or maintenance engineering, with a strong track record of managing facilities improvement projects. šProven expertise in leading capital and facilities improvement projects within industrial or chemical processing environments. šStrong foundation in process engineering, including P&ID development, hydraulics, equipment sizing, and safety systems. šDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. šDeep knowledge of HSSE standards, ISO certifications, and safety regulations. šExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges. šProficiency in project management tools and software.
