Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLive Operations Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive LiveOps strategy that aligns with the overall objectives and business goals. Continuously refine and adapt the strategy based on player feedback and data insights. šEvent Planning: Create, schedule, and manage in-game events, promotions, and activities that drive player engagement and retention. This includes regular content updates, holiday events, and special promotions. šLiveOps Tooling: Work closely with the Product team to design and implement the Event Management tools to allow our teams, and external creators to autonomously launch events and run their own LiveOps activations. šMonetization Optimization: Collaborate with the monetization team to maximize revenue through in-game purchases, and other revenue streams. A/B test and analyze pricing strategies and offers. šPlayer Community Management: Foster a positive and engaged player community through in-game communication, forums, social media, and other platforms. Address player feedback and concerns promptly and professionally. šData-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and player behavior data to make informed decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), create reports, and use data insights to continually improve the LiveOps strategy. šCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with game developers, product managers, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure that live events and promotions align with the game's overall roadmap. šTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of LiveOps specialists, coordinators, and analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
šBudget Management: Manage the LiveOps budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize the impact of live events and promotions.
REQUIREMENTS
šProven experience in Live Operations for F2P mobile, PC, or console gaming with a successful track record of improving player engagement and monetization. šStrong analytical skills with a deep understanding of player behavior and in-game economy. šProficiency in data analysis and experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar. šExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams. šPassion for gaming and knowledge of industry trends. šExceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
