Job Summary

Job description

📍Draft and support the negotiation of agreements in relation to our business activities - market making agreements, OTC agreements, NDA's, lending contracts 📍Reviewing and negotiating third party agreements 📍General commercial contract negotiation - including technology supplier contracts 📍Provide legal advice related to Keyrock’s products and operations globally 📍Provide legal support to finance, operations, Compliance, HR and any other internal function where needed 📍Interfacing with customers, strategic partners, and industry groups in relation to legal matters 📍Interact with external counsels 📍Optimise contract management throughout the whole organisation

Background and experience

📍Relevant legal qualifications and membership of legal industry bodies 📍4-7 years of combined relevant experience at an established law firm and/or in house, with substantive involvement in a combination of Capital Markets, Fintech and/or digital-assets industries 📍Familiarity with structuring derivatives and options agreements 📍A strong track record of delivering practical legal advice and solutions in cross-border financial environments 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and act decisively 📍Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner and provide succinct, practical, and results-oriented legal advice that appropriately balances risk and risk mitigants 📍Experience working with, and advising senior leadership including C-Suite interaction 📍Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and flexible in navigating cross-functional teams
