Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
📍Advising business stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues affecting all areas of the business. 📍Reviewing applicable laws and regulations and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders in navigating legal and regulatory issues. 📍Providing end-to-end legal and regulatory support for the launch of new products and services. 📍Assisting with corporate governance matters. 📍Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements. 📍Liaising with various regulatory authorities and assisting with licence applications. 📍Engagement with policymakers on developments affecting the blockchain industry. 📍Managing and resolving legal disputes, including alternative dispute resolution methods.
What we're looking for:
📍0-2 years of post-qualification experience. Legal qualification in Singapore, Hong Kong, UK or other comparable common law jurisdiction will be preferred. 📍Relevant financial services regulatory and corporate experience will be a plus. 📍A commercial mind that enables you to identify and distill a variety of legal issues (e.g., regulatory, contract, IP, privacy, consumer protection, risk) and clearly communicate practical risk-based solutions to the business and product teams. 📍Good organisational and time-management skills 📍Excellent interpersonal skills. 📍Proactive and a team player.
