Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šAssist with template agreement updates and other processes surrounding software license agreements, statements of work, and professional services agreements šAssist with non-disclosure and vendor agreement reviews šConduct sanctions checks, update compliance policies and assist with other compliance-related matters šPerform ad hoc research projects šAssist with ongoing intellectual property portfolio maintenance and open source software issues šAssist with data privacy audit šManage contract database šAssist with corporate and real estate matters as needed
Education & Experience:
šCurrently studying an undergraduate degree in law or PGDL šAnalytic and diagnostic skills šInterest in start-ups, fintech and/or blockchain technology šExperience working on an in-house legal team and/or private practice is a plus
