Upcoming Stylus will enable users to deploy programs written in popular programming languages like Rust, C, C++, and more, side-by-side with existing Solidity dApps on the same Arbitrum blockchain.
Job Summary
What you'll do:
šDesign, develop, and implement learning and development programs, including workshops, courses, and skill-building initiatives, from end-to-end. šPartner with teams to assess department-specific learning needs and co-create tailored training solutions. šFacilitate sessions for individuals, teams, and leadership on a variety of professional development topics. šManage existing learning programs (e.g., LearningLedger), maintaining content, tracking participation, and ensuring ongoing relevance and impact. šMeasure program effectiveness through surveys, participation data, and feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes. šMaintain detailed documentation, training materials, and program guides for consistency and scalability. šCollaborate with Engagement & Experience and Internal Events specialists to integrate learning into broader engagement and culture initiatives. šServe as a subject matter expert and advisor for learning strategies, resources, and career development paths.
What you'll need:
šBachelorās degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. š3ā5 years of experience in learning and development, training design, or related roles. šExperience managing ongoing learning programs and tools (e.g., Learning Ledger). šStrong facilitation, presentation, and curriculum design skills. šCollaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously. šExcellent project management skills and attention to detail, with experience executing initiatives end-to-end. šComfortable using data, feedback, and metrics to inform program improvement.
