Job Description

Description: The internet today is broken. Billions of people don’t have digital property ownership rights over their data, or the economic rewards associated with the value they create online. This is not what early internet pioneers thought they were building. Unstoppable Domains is on a mission to fix this by providing secure, user owned & controlled identity to every Internet user in the form of NFTs for authentication, payments, and secure data sharing. The Lead Security Engineer at Unstoppable Domains is the first line of defense against malicious actors. You will be responsible for scaling the company's security posture as it relates to application development, cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, threat modeling and prevention, operational best practices, monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and incident response. You Will: Architect a comprehensive security strategy and translate it into technical roadmaps. Triage security incidents, perform vulnerability assessments, and participate in incident response. Develop threat modeling and preventive measures, best practices, and standards. Implement monitoring to detect irregular behavior, breaches and intrusions. Build and scale security controls in cloud infrastructure. Provide security training to other teams in the company. Assist in onboarding SaaS applications and managing vendor relationships. Requirements: Must have: 6 years experience in security engineering or security architecture. Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure). Experience with pen testing, threat modeling, and risk assessment. Deep knowledge of security risks such as DDoS and phishing. Experience with DDoS and Bot Mitigation using cloud solutions such as CloudFlare, Fastly, Akamai. Experience with SOC 2 compliance.
