Your Responsibilities

šŸ“Technical Understanding of Polygon Products and Web3 Landscape. šŸ“Product Marketing Strategy: Lead the PMM team, ensuring structured execution of marketing initiatives. šŸ“Define and refine messaging, positioning, user personas, and competitive differentiation. šŸ“Establish a repeatable marketing framework for product launches and adoption. šŸ“Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Oversee market research across relevant user segments,track industry trends, and analyze competitor in-market positioning. šŸ“Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to drive GTM strategy and execution for all new product launches and major and minor version releases. šŸ“Create product positioning/messaging, goals, and deliverables across the content, social, growth, and devrel teams. šŸ“Oversee creation of landing pages, explainers, training materials, and sales enablement content šŸ“Conduct post-launch retrospectives to refine future campaigns. šŸ“Team Development: Slot in to lead and grow an existing PMM team, providing mentorship and development to enhance performance.

What Youā€™ll Need

šŸ“7+ years in Product Marketing, with 3+ years in blockchain/Web3 and 3+ years leading a team. šŸ“Understanding of deep technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear messaging. šŸ“Proven experience in GTM strategy, positioning, and market research. šŸ“Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills. šŸ“Ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
