Job Summary
What you’ll do:
📍Incident Management: Lead incidents from start to finish, coordinating with clients, R&D, Product, and Delivery teams. 📍Client Support: Be the main point of contact for our business clients, providing timely and accurate answers to product-related questions and operational issues. 📍Monitoring & Prevention: Proactively monitor service health, detect early performance issues, and troubleshoot bottlenecks. 📍Technical Assistance: Help technical teams collect logs, reproduce issues, and identify root causes. 📍Process Improvement: Continuously enhance operational workflows based on feedback and incident analysis. 📍On-call Support: Participate in scheduled on-call shifts as needed. 📍Knowledge Sharing: Support IT and business teams in rolling out processes, procedures, and operational best practices.
Who you are:
📍Experienced with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar. 📍Familiar with monitoring tools and dashboards (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, GCP Cloud Monitoring, etc.). 📍Comfortable collecting logs, reproducing issues, and identifying root causes. 📍Understand web applications, APIs, and microservices architecture. 📍Can run simple queries on relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). 📍Have basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software deployment processes. 📍Fluent in Portuguese and English – many of our clients are in Portuguese-speaking regions.
