Key Responsibilities

📍Manage fund accounting activities, including net asset value (NAV) calculations and financial reporting. 📍Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 📍Monitor fund performance and assist in preparing performance reports for clients and stakeholders. 📍Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. 📍Coordinate with custodians, auditors, and other service providers. 📍Assist in the preparation of fund documentation, including offering memoranda and subscription agreements. 📍Respond to investor inquiries and provide exceptional client service. 📍Support the investment team with data analysis and reporting. 📍Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the fund administration system.

Qualifications

📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 📍 years of experience in fund administration, accounting, or finance. 📍Strong knowledge of investment vehicles and fund structures. 📍Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 📍Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 📍Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
