Responsibilities:

📍Candidate Management: Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. 📍Onboarding Support: Help streamline the onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the team. 📍HR Operations: Maintain HR records, manage schedules, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. 📍Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and support during the hiring process. 📍Talent Sourcing: Proactively search for candidates beyond TON Jobs, leveraging external job boards, professional networks, and recruitment platforms to find top talent.

Requirements:

📍Experience: Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on professional and engaging interactions. 📍Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 📍Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and HR software. 📍Language: Russian language knowledge is a huge plus.
