Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
šCollaborate with Product Managers to understand business needs and collect relevant data and KPIs. šClean, process, and analyze data using SQL and Python to support reporting and business decisions. šBuild and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor key business metrics. šConduct basic trend and attribution analyses to help identify business opportunities or issues. šDocument findings clearly to ensure results are easy to understand and reference. šSupport data quality checks and help improve data consistency and accuracy. šLearn and develop a good understanding of internal data structures and tools to become more independent over time.
REQUIREMENTS
šBachelorās degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. š1ā2 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related roles (internship experience is also considered). šProficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation. šBasic programming skills in Python for data processing and simple analysis. šFamiliar with at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Qlik, Power BI). šStrong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn. šDetail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
