Job Summary
What you should bring to the table:
📍Mastery of JVM and PostgreSQL (Java 17 at the moment, exploring Kotlin) 📍Proven track record of full-cycle backend development, including testing, integration, monitoring and maintenance 📍Analytical thinking, highly organized mind. We don't have the capacity to micromanage, we need to rely on your abilities. 📍Strong ability to prioritize and choose your battles. Our technical debt needs to be deliberated and organized. 📍The willingness to be regularly giving (and receiving) constructive feedback. We are following the disagree & commit principle.
Any of these is a plus:
📍Experience in Kotlin backend engineering, willingness to teach us. 📍Previous SW engineering experience in the crypto industry 📍Proven track record of actively contributing to the OPS topics and infrastructure engineering. You should be somewhat "happy" in the Linux CLI :-). 📍Experience in fullstack engineering including FE (we use Angular, TypeScript) 📍Familiarity with the backend technologies: Spring Boot, JPA, Maven
