Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šFoster new relationships and deepen existing relationships with affiliates including prime brokerage, cap intro, private wealth management firms, endowments funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, fund of funds, institutional investors, family offices and ultra-high net- worth individuals š Refine investor relations strategy and execute strategic initiatives šServe as the key point of contact for client enquiries, conduct introductory meetings and calls, and organize roadshows/bespoke investor trips as necessary šFormulate marketing materials including memos, pitch books, term sheets, biographies, and presentations šLead investor onboarding processes through working with third party advisors, legal counsel, and other service providers to drive due diligence, subscription documentation, and reporting requirements šMaintain market knowledge of industry developments including but not limited to conducting in-depth portfolio review, rationalize monthly performance, and create investor-related communication letters/notices š Manage confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner ā
Experience & Qualifications
š 3-6 years of experience within investor relations, sales & marketing, or business development roles within the financial industry šStrong interpersonal skills with a strong collaborative mindset šTroubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage through ambiguity and prioritise effectively šExcellent communication skills and fluency in English is required š Proficient MS office skills particularly Excel and Powerpoint skills
