Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Convert research reports, whitepapers, presentations, and transcripts into interactive e-learning modules 📍Design content using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices 📍Build for diverse audiences including B2B enterprise teams, B2C learners, and certification programs 📍Develop modules using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similarCollaborate with researchers, product managers, and subject matter experts to align content with business and learner goals 📍Create assessments, quizzes, and checkpoints to measure learner progressTailor content tone and presentation for different course types such as free or professional offerings 📍Ensure consistency in voice, design, and accessibility across the course libraryUse learner feedback and analytics to improve course quality and engagement
Required Qualifications
📍3+ years of experience designing and developing e-learning content in corporate training or edtech 📍Strong portfolio of interactive and structured learning modules 📍Proficiency in tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, and LMS standards such as SCORM, xAPI, or cmi5 📍Deep knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom’s Taxonomy 📍Strong communication and collaboration skills 📍Ability to simplify complex or technical material into engaging content 📍Experience designing assessments and certification structures
