What You'll Do

📍Creating effective and engaging self-paced e-learning courses and other aspects of the certification program. 📍Collaborating with Fireblocks subject matter experts to gather knowledge, assess, and develop e-learning. 📍Understanding and communicating highly complex material and presenting simplified and relevant learning design proposals. 📍Partner with the TCSM lead on maintaining an internal knowledge base to ensure training material is organized, accessible and updated. 📍Collaborating with other learning, enablement and design professionals to create consistent content that meets brand standards. 📍Advocating for the learner and becoming a champion of quality learning.

What You'll Bring

📍A Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field such as Instructional 📍Design, Educational Technology, or equivalent practical experience. 📍3+ years of direct experience in designing and developing technical curricula, training materials, and content to include online/e-learning modules, online tutorials, and other relevant training assets using high-quality professional design standards 📍Experience working in a hi-tech, dynamic fast-paced environment, preferably with a SAAS product 📍Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and ability to evaluate learning effectiveness using instructional design assessment strategies (e.g., WCAG compliance). 📍Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 - Rise, Articulate 360 - Storyline, Genially.io, Adobe Captivate, Lectora)
