Job Summary
You Will
📍Design and develop innovative, engaging, and effective learning solutions for compliance-related topics 📍Partner with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and create comprehensive learning strategies 📍Transform complex compliance regulations and procedures into clear, accessible learning content 📍Create diverse learning materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and microlearning content 📍Ensure all training materials align with adult learning principles and organizational compliance standards 📍Maintain and update existing training materials to reflect current compliance requirements 📍Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to create structured learning experiences 📍Incorporate multimedia elements and interactive components to enhance engagement
You Have
📍3+ Years of Instructional Design experience, including experience in financial services or regulatory compliance training 📍Familiarity with video production and editing tools 📍Experience authoring E-Learning content 📍Experience working with a Learning Management System
