Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šAssist in the development and implementation of information security policies, procedures, and standards šConduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend mitigating controls šAssist in the development and delivery of security awareness training programs for employees šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security requirements are incorporated into new projects and initiatives šStay up-to-date on emerging threats and security technologies to continuously improve the organizationās security posture šParticipate in audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards šProvide support and guidance to employees on security best practices and procedures
What you need to be successful:
šDegree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Risk, or equivalent experience šStrong understanding of information security principles, standards, and best practices šStrong understanding of factors of information risk šSkill to effectively use AI models and AI-powered assistants šExperience with security tools and technologies such as AWS, EKS, WAF, MDM, SSO etc šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders šAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment šKnowledge of frameworks such as EBA Guidelines, BAIT, MaRisk and GDPR is preferred šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills šFluency in English šGerman is a plus
