We seek a highly experienced and strategic Head of SEO to lead our search engine optimization efforts and drive organic growth for our international crypto news site. As the Head of SEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy, managing a team of SEO specialists, and ensuring that our content consistently ranks highly in search engine results.

➡️ What you’ll do: 📎 Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at increasing organic traffic, website visibility, and search engine rankings 📎 Manage and lead a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and professional growth 📎 Conduct advanced keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords and content opportunities that align with our target audience and business goals 📎 Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and social media teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital strategy across all platforms 📎 Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize our SEO efforts 📎 Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the rapidly evolving crypto industry, and ensure that our SEO strategy remains cutting-edge and effective 📎 Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile 📎 Establish, track, and report on key SEO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

➡️ It’s a perfect match if you have: 📎 Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SEO, with at least two years in a leadership role, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry 📎 Experience working with New Media is a must! You know how specific it is when it comes to a narrow sphere of business. 📎 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner 📎 Proven track record of driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings for a high-traffic website 📎 In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies 📎 Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar 📎 Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data to inform strategy and decision-making 📎 Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment 📎 Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry news and trends
