Job Summary
What you will deliver:
šLead and support the sales team with a mentorship approach, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. šDevelop and implement innovative strategies to effectively penetrate the market and expand our client base. šAttract new clients while maintaining and servicing our current client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. šPrepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our value proposition. šCultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients to secure ongoing business opportunities. šExecute outbound campaigns, including emails, calls, and other reach-out methods, to generate new business opportunities. šTake ownership of the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals. šMaintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system. šGenerate leads and communicate effectively to identify client pain points and suggest appropriate services. šDrive revenue growth by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Requirements
Must Haves for the Role: šProven ability to lead and mentor a sales team, with a strong track record of setting and tracking KPIs, and training team members. šExtensive experience in sales (10-12 years) and team management (5 years), with a demonstrated ability to acquire clients and achieve sales targets. šExcellent written and verbal communication, persuasive negotiation, and advanced presentation skills. šStrong problem-solving, decision-making, time management, project management, and networking abilities. šIn-depth market knowledge of the region/vertical and a degree/diploma in Sales/Business Management or a related field. šStrategic leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously.
