Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Provide strategic leadership and direction for all digital aspects of our business including product development, marketing, sales, and customer service. šŸ“Oversee the design, development, and implementation of our platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of usability, security, and reliability. šŸ“Develop and implement digital strategies that align with the companyā€™s overall business goals and objectives. šŸ“Drive innovation in our digital strategies that align with the companyā€™s overall business goals and objectives. šŸ“Drive innovation in our digital offerings, identifying new opportunities and trends in the industry. šŸ“Monitor and report on digital performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement where necessary. šŸ“Formulates and recommends policy and procedure changes as it relates to digital operations. Works with executives to approve digital operations policies which may have an organization-wide affect. šŸ“Partners with internal teams to incorporate client discovery throughout the Digital solution development lifecycle, leads UI/UX development, including ongoing member & employee testing, tests & validates hypotheses. šŸ“Where required, leads the selection of Fintech partners, negotiates agreements, and manages initial third-party approval processes in partnership with key stakeholders. šŸ“Oversees development, training and management of the performance and compensation of direct and indirect staff. Approves hiring decisions and delivers performance reviews and compensation for staff. Responsible for the digital teamsā€™ results that are achieved through the successful management of staff. šŸ“Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree desired; MBA a plus šŸ“10+ years' experience building, managing and developing teams šŸ“Outstanding leadership capabilities, including the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team of talented and creative people at all levels of the organization šŸ“Ability to adapt and grow in a fast-growing and changing environment šŸ“Demonstrable experience building and managing executive-level relationships both internally and externally šŸ“Proven experience scaling high-performing sales functions within a hyper-growth technology business šŸ“Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills šŸ“Ability to tackle issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism, composure, and accuracy
