📍The Crypto Finance Group is a fast-growing, exciting place to work with tremendous opportunities for personal development and professional advancement. As the Head of Markets, you will be reporting to the CEO, leading various teams of professional experts, and scaling revenue to the next level. This is your opportunity to enhance your expertise in the growing digital assets industry leveraging your existing knowledge, your network, as well as your outstanding leadership and managerial skills. The starting date is as soon as possible in our office in the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Key responsibilities

📍Building, fostering, and maintaining partnerships and quality relationships with potential and existing key clients 📍Endorsing the commercial strategy, and ensuring delivery according to the Company Goals and the Group vision 📍Proactively driving the business geared towards institutional clients 📍Actively serving as a business representative at major industry events and conferences 📍Staying ahead of evolving trends in the blockchain industry and market activities, converting deep industry knowledge into actionable strategies for the commercial team 📍Managing team processes, ensuring adaptability, problem-solving, and accountability within the organisation 📍Taking responsibility of the Sales team, Trading team, and Product Management team to ensure the highest level of service and performance 📍Leading by example, empowering and mentoring the teams to help them reach their full potential 📍Identifying improvement opportunities, and driving impactful changes to enhance both, client and employee experience 📍Enabling and delivering Vision and Values and fostering a work environment that values transparency, innovation, continuous learning, and ethical behaviour 📍>10 years of relevant work experience in a similar position in an international and fast evolving environment, including respective network with relevant stakeholders and clients 📍Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and support 📍Good understanding of market demand and client behaviour 📍Proven track record of a structured approach, and rapid execution at the highest standards 📍Self-driven, result-oriented, and hands-on, with an attention to detail 📍A dynamic person with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills 📍Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation 📍Very good written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
