Job Summary
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
šWork directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to manage and implement the digital marketing roadmap and strategy across different regions (ANZ, America, Europe, and Asia). šPrioritise and measure competitive digital campaigns & projects from inception through to completion ensuring effective planning, timeline management and high-quality deliverables. šProvide leadership, direction, and mentoring to direct reports, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and stimulating team environment. šOversee Digital Development resources, ensuring infrastructure reliability, campaign execution timeliness, and quality of work. šManage CRM direction and overall strategic approach, ensuring consistency and professionalism aligned with key business goals. šDrive performance, optimisation, conversion, and analytics for Paid Media channels to achieve acquisition, engagement, awareness, and lead objectives.
To be successful you will:
šDemonstrate proven leadership experience in digital marketing or CRM within a fast-paced and agile environment, with a track record of guiding and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results. šHave strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from web and user data. šDemonstrate experience managing campaigns through marketing automation platforms. šShow a genuine passion for understanding the customer journey and enhancing every step through automated communications. šThrive in a dynamic environment, embracing change, navigating ambiguity, and consistently delivering high-quality work. šApproach challenges with creative solutions and critical thinking, while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail. šBe experienced with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, and CPC platforms, along with strong budget management and analytical skills.
