Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šStrategic Leadership šDevelop and execute the vision and strategy for integrating data analytics and innovation into the audit functions. šPartner with senior audit and business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven enhancements in audit planning, execution, and reporting. šPromote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the audit department.
What We're Looking For
šExperience: 10+ years of experience in audit, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a leading global financial institution, fintech, or Big 4 firm. Proven experience implementing data analytics programs in an audit or risk management environment. Experience in crypto, digital assets, or blockchain is a plus. šExpertise: Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with advanced technologies, such as machine learning, AI, RPA, and blockchain. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security principles. šLeadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including regulators, senior leadership, and boards. šEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. šCertifications: One or more of the following or related certifications: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst; Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Certification; SAS Certifed Data Scientist. CPA, CIA, CISA, CFA or similar credentials are a plus.
