Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Strategy and Planning: 📍 Develop and implement a data analytics strategy specific to blockchain on-chain data. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure blockchain performance. 📍Identify opportunities to leverage on-chain data to improve decision-making processes and drive business growth.
Team Leadership:
📍Lead a team of data analysts and researchers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development. 📍Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to encourage the team's productivity and creativity. 📍Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the data analytics team.
Blockchain Data Analysis:
📍- Utilise e data analysis techniques to extract, clean, and interpret on-chain data from various blockchain networks. 📍Develop methodologies and models to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the blockchain data. 📍Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of blockchain data to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
Insights and Reporting:
📍Generate regular reports and visualisations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders. 📍Present complex analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. 📍Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track relevant metrics to measure the success of blockchain initiatives. 📍 Continuous Improvement: 📍Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in blockchain technology and data analytics. 📍Evaluate and implement innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities and efficiency. 📍Drive process improvements and standardisation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of data analytics practices.
Requirements / Skill Sets:
📍 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 📍 Extensive experience in data analytics, with a specific focus on analyzing on-chain data in blockchain networks. 📍Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, including various protocols, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms. 📍 Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 📍Experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts or researchers. 📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 📍 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 📍Understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory considerations related to blockchain data analysis. 📍 Proven track record of successfully driving data analytics initiatives and delivering valuable insights to support business objectives.
