Responsibilities

📍Supervise a team of technicians in performing repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance 📍Lead product testing and validation of hardware components (i.e. hash boards, power suppliers, fans etc.) 📍Lead inventory management initiatives including procurement and backlog. 📍Develop and maintain project timelines, metrics, and resource allocation. 📍Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance. 📍Ensure all work is conducted safely and efficiently according to guidelines and regulations 📍Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to mining operations. 📍Monitor metrics/KPIs for team’s location 📍Assist team with ancillary tasks as needed to meet departmental objectives. 📍Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

📍3+ years technician experience in an industrial or commercial environment. 📍 Understanding of electronic components, their functions, and their interactions within circuits. 📍Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. 📍Knowledge of inventory tracking 📍Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. 📍Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
