Job Summary
As a Growth Data Analyst at Sorare, you will :
đź“ŤConduct thorough analysis of user acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion performance đź“ŤGenerate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to product and marketing teams. đź“ŤCollaborate with product teams to define and implement relevant KPIs đź“ŤDesign and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and user flows đź“ŤProvide recommendations based on experiment results to drive product improvements. đź“ŤWork closely with product managers, engineers, growth managers and UX/UI designers to align data insights with product development goals. You will need to communicate findings in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders. đź“ŤCollaborate with the data engineering team to optimize data models in dbt
The ideal candidate:
đź“Ť4+ years of data analysis experience in a product-focused environment đź“ŤBA/BS in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline đź“ŤStrong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python) đź“ŤExperience with A/B test design, implementation, and measurement đź“ŤExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap) is a plus đź“ŤExcellent spoken and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable way
