Job Summary
As a Growth Data Analyst at Sorare, you will :
šConduct thorough analysis of user acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion performance šGenerate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to product and marketing teams. šCollaborate with product teams to define and implement relevant KPIs šDesign and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and user flows šProvide recommendations based on experiment results to drive product improvements. šWork closely with product managers, engineers, growth managers and UX/UI designers to align data insights with product development goals. You will need to communicate findings in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders. šCollaborate with the data engineering team to optimize data models in dbt
The ideal candidate:
š4+ years of data analysis experience in a product-focused environment šBA/BS in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline šStrong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python) šExperience with A/B test design, implementation, and measurement šExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap) is a plus šExcellent spoken and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable way
