What you'll do:

📍Understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of your audiences, to engage them in the most effective, and engaging way possible. 📍Strong visual ideation and ability to design in a variety of styles for different channels and media—be able to craft compelling and on brand visuals, as well as effective key visuals and communication designs. 📍Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations. 📍Support the team with design requests & ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output. 📍Able to distil complex concepts/content into understandable design solutions. 📍Meaningfully contribute to the ideation and conceptualization of marketing, content and concepts, often in partnership with the stakeholders. 📍Design visually rich and immersive web experiences for brands. 📍Use Adobe Creative Suite & other leading design tools to create innovative and engaging designs. 📍Work independently and collaboratively with excellent collaboration skills.

What you'll need:

📍4+ years of professional experience in a technology-focused startup, creative agency, or freelance capacity. 📍Excellent portfolio showcasing solutions across multiple design challenges. 📍Strong visual ideation and ability to design in a variety of styles for different channels and social media platforms. 📍Experience with After Effects and 3D design tools are a plus. 📍Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital technologies are a plus. 📍Your eventual job title will depend on the experience that you bring 📍Fluency in English is required.
