Job Summary
What we’re looking for:
📍Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 📍3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that highlights proficiency in communications design across multiple channels. 📍Good proficiency in English. 📍Proven experience in art direction and working with other designers. 📍Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch). 📍Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. 📍Knowledge of web3, blockchain, and crypto technologies, and experience designing for this space. 📍Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs. 📍Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale. 📍Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Portfolio of your best work.
Nice to haves:
📍Experience with motion graphics and video editing. 📍Experience using AI tools and a proactive approach to staying current with the latest AI technologies. 📍Passion for emerging technologies and a desire to stay ahead of design trends in the web3 and crypto space.
