Job Summary
We are looking for individuals who:
šHave a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and are admitted to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction. šHave 7+ years of experience as a corporate attorney, preferably with a focus on tech, blockchain, or AI industries. šPossess strong knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and DeFi regulations. šAre experienced in providing legal counsel to startups or high-growth tech companies, particularly on fundraising, IP, and compliance. šAre well-versed in securities law, IP law, data privacy, and corporate governance. šHave excellent negotiation skills with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives. šHave experience working with C-level executives and boards of directors.
Preferred Qualifications:
šExperience guiding a company through a token generation event (TGE). šFamiliarity with DeFi protocols and blockchain infrastructure. šProven ability to navigate cross-border regulatory challenges. šStrong network within the blockchain and AI ecosystems.
