Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Legal Advisory and Compliance: 📍Provide expert legal advice on decentralized technologies, smart contracts, blockchain, and payments industry regulations. 📍Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and protection. 📍Stay updated on relevant legislation and case law, providing timely and accurate legal advice. 📍 Conduct research on various topics, including issues in the Web3 space. 📍Commercial Contracts: 📍Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements and event sponsorship agreements 📍Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements to support business clients, including MNDAs, platform evaluations, customer agreements, consulting agreements, and vendor agreements.
Qualifications
📍Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. 📍Proven ability to explain complex legal matters to non-legal stakeholders. 📍Strong understanding of the legal aspects of decentralized technologies, smart contracts, blockchain, and the payments industry. 📍Creative, problem-solving mindset with a track record of getting things done. 📍Experience engaging in the Ethereum (or similar) community is a plus.
