Job Summary
Qualifications
📍Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction. 📍10+ years of legal experience, with significant experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. 📍In-depth knowledge of the ongoing changes of the global regulatory frameworks related to cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial services. 📍Good judgment to balance between business growth and manage risks. Proven experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. 📍Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 📍Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 📍High ethical standards and integrity.
