To do so, we build institutional-grade systems and solutions for secure network participation. Before Unit 410, weāve worked at companies like Coinbase, Google, and NASAās Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Weāve long believed in the potential of cryptocurrency and are excited to continue pushing forward the state of the art through industry-leading key generation, encryption, and network participation. Done right, bleeding-edge participation offers scaling, efficiency, and governance improvements over existing layer 1 protocols. But this comes with novel security challenges. Protecting online key material and managing the risk of slashing requires new architectural patterns, hardening, and methods for secure cryptographic signatures. Weāre excited to continue to mature solutions across these areas and more. We also believe that network participation is not a zero-sum game and thereās no shortage of work towards scaling crypto, so weāll continue to liberally open sourcing the tools weāve built. To date weāve shared many tools such as a Polkadot Transaction Parser, Polkadot Multisig WebApp, GCP SSH Certificate Authority, MPC for Tendermint Validators, Vault Shamir (in Go), Horcrux (CLI for Shamir), and many more.
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
šFullstack Products: Lead and launch innovative client-facing accounting interfaces on web and mobile platforms, such as our industry-leading Client šPortal. Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they meet client needs effectively. šImplement: Develop new features using TypeScript and React.js in a Next.js application, with a focus on creating intuitive data visualizations and presentations, deployed on GCP. šClient Collaboration: Engage with clients to gather requirements, present your work, and iterate based on their feedback. The role requires regular communication, requiring both technical expertise and client management skills. šInternal Integrations: Develop and maintain backend services that support our front-end applications. This includes not only coding but also planning and operational responsibilities.
Requirements
šProfessional Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in fullstack development, with a proven track record in front-end and back-end technologies. šTechnical Expertise: In-depth understanding of web frameworks. Experience in designing, coding, and managing client-facing services. Demonstrated ability in evaluating risk, implementing security measures, and maintaining data privacy in past projects. šSpecialized Knowledge: Working understanding of cryptocurrency and proof-of-stake technologies. šSoft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent teamwork skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
