Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Analyze and document business processes and customer journeys 📍Create detailed functional and technical specifications for developers 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with product goals 📍Identify opportunities for product and customer experience improvement 📍Conduct market research and competitor analysis 📍Participate in CustDev and hypothesis testing
Required Skills and Qualifications
📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 📍3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in banks, fintech, or financial services 📍Proficiency in data modeling, business process modeling (BPMN, UML), and requirements gathering techniques 📍Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools 📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 📍Product-oriented mindset 📍Familiarity with SQL, API integrations, and service architecture
