Responsibilities:

📍Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy. 📍Be an active contributor within the Fullstack squad owning Kiln user-facing products (Dashboard, dApp, Widget). 📍Design, develop and implement new features : 📍70% frontend (e.g. using our design system to build new features or adding new components to it…). 📍30% backend (e.g. implement the transaction crafting part for a new protocol…). 📍Participate in code review, test and CI/CD processes, bug fixing, and code maintenance. 📍Interact with customers for debugging purposes and product discovery. 📍Make sure we respect any software security norms (Kiln is a SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 company). 📍Actively suggest continuous improvement of Kiln's platform and engineering practices. 📍Communicate with other Kiln teams to help them understand the Software roadmap and technical challenges. 📍Stack: TypeScript, React, PHP, Laravel, REST API 📍Other engineering stacks: Software (Golang); Smart contract (Solidity); Infrastructure (Kubernetes)

Requirements:

📍+3 years of experience as a Software Engineer (Backend, Frontend, or Fullstack), designing, building, and deploying user-facing and API-based products. 📍Proven TypeScript and React programming skills — professional experience in a production environment. 📍Familiar with software development best practices (Test, CI/CD, DevOps, Security…). 📍Previous experience collaborating in a team-based development environment is required (sprints, code reviews, standups, problem-solving sessions).
