Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Provide technical and design leadership across high impact projects that directly impact business goals 📍Set strategic technical directions for your engineering team 📍Partner with the designers and product managers to create an engaging and transparent customer experience 📍Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines 📍Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables as a highly hands on engineer 📍Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions 📍Influence and mentor a distributed set of engineers
What will help you succeed
📍8 - 12 years of professional experience 📍Experience building scaled web-based applications with deep understanding of business goals 📍Exceptional technical design and technical communication skills. 📍Strong proficiency with the next programming languages (Ruby on Rails AND React) 📍Strong foundations in UI development and product security and or DevOps is helpful 📍Able to negotiate trade offs between product and engineering priorities to maximize the business value of engineering effort 📍Excellent communication skills
