Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Lead the design and development of new product features across a Next.js frontend and Go-based backend 📍Operate and evolve our GCP/Kubernetes infrastructure for scalability and reliability 📍Build high-performance APIs and distributed microservices in Go + PostgreSQL, with a focus on SQL optimization and caching 📍Architect and deploy smart contracts (Solidity / Move) on Ethereum and Sui, with security and robustness as top priorities 📍Establish engineering best practices for code quality, observability, testing, and performance from the ground up 📍Partner closely with the founding team on product strategy, architecture, and roadmap
What We’re Looking For
📍Hands-on production experience with Go, Next.js, SQL optimization, and Kubernetes 📍Deep familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, GCP, NATS, and caching strategies 📍Strong skills in building scalable UIs, APIs, and distributed microservices 📍Crypto-native mindset with smart contract development experience (Solidity on Ethereum, Move on Sui) 📍Bonus: Strengths in performance tuning, observability, and tooling
