Responsibilities

📍Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define, design, and deploy new features / dApps for Prosper’s protocol. 📍Develop and optimize for secure, high-quality code, including integrations with smart contracts and other on-chain data & services. Integrate blockchain technology with front-end and back-end systems. 📍Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest quality standards. 📍Monitor dApp technical performance and troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes & enhancements. 📍Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. 📍Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in blockchain and related technology.

Requirements/Skill Sets

📍Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 📍Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) as a Full Stack Developer or Engineer working with Web3 (of which preferably DeFi) projects. Relevant experience with Web2 apps and start-ups is also considered. 📍Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum / Solidity, Solana / Rust, etc. 📍Strong knowledge of Web3 libraries / tools, such as web3.js, ethers.js, IPFS, MetaMask, WallectConnect, various token standards, etc. 📍Experience with front-end development using modern frameworks like React / Next.js. 📍Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL. 📍Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, and Notion. 📍Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for tokenized Real-World Assets (RWA). 📍Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team located across the world.
