Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šCreate compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, including blog imagery, social media posts, banner ads, and promotional materials. šCollaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets that align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives. šDesign assets for email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and website content. šDevelop motion graphics or 3D visual elements to enhance storytelling across social and advertising channels. šAdapt creative work for different platforms, optimizing designs for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media outlets. šEnsure consistency across all brand communications and marketing collateral. šStay updated on the latest design trends and marketing best practices to keep designs fresh and engaging. šAssist in refining brand identity and visual guidelines as Decentraland evolves.
Skills & Qualifications:
šProficiency in Figma: Strong ability to create UI mockups, marketing layouts, and collaborate with the team using Figma's collaborative features. šCanva expertise: Experience using Canva for rapid, scalable design across social media and blog posts. šExperience in 3D design: Basic knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent) to create simple 3D models, icons, or visual effects. šGraphic design skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere etc.), for advanced image design and animation. šComfort with using AI: Interest in utilizing ai for basic concepts and references (Midjourney for example). šUnderstanding of marketing principles: Ability to create designs that support campaign goals and are optimized for conversion.
