Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Work directly with clients to understand their specific problems and needs and translate customer needs into product features, prototypes, and integrations. 📍Actively build, configure, and deploy solutions, which can include writing code and optimizing models that address customers’ needs. 📍Act as a liaison between the customer's point of contact and the company's core engineering team, translating business challenges into technical solutions and providing feedback to influence the product roadmap. Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, and 📍Lead the incubation of new products, from ideation to deployment to include working closely with product managers and engineers to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure successful product launches. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for real-world problems by rapid prototyping and iterative development to validate and refine solutions. 📍Manage the scope of work and sequence of delivery, balancing the needs between scope, speed, and quality, while simultaneously removing blockers. 📍Provide insight into building and adjusting the technical roadmap and architectural decisions as we grow. 📍Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from end-users to senior management, and maintain a high level of trust through open communication and transparency in all interactions.
Qualifications:
📍Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline Preference for an individual with experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) 📍3+ year’s experience programming 📍Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and build successful relationships 📍Experience in JavaScript, SQL, Python, Web3, dapps is a plus 📍Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery 📍Expertise in ETL tools, data extraction, storage and transformation 📍Strong experience working in Agile environment and understanding of SCRUM process, CI / CD, GCP
