Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Prepare and review statutory accounts and financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. šŸ“Coordinate and manage the company-level financial statement closing process, ensuring all deadlines are met and accurate financial information is reported. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with reporting requirements. šŸ“Conduct detailed financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support senior management in decision-making processes. šŸ“Assist in the implementation and enhancement of financial reporting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. šŸ“Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, providing recommendations for process improvements and ensuring compliance with new requirements. šŸ“Support external audit processes by preparing requested documentation, responding to inquiries, and assisting in the resolution of audit findings. šŸ“Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as assigned.

Requirements:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or similar professional certification is preferred. šŸ“3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, statutory accounts preparation, or financial statement analysis. šŸ“Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and regulatory requirements. šŸ“Proficient in financial statement analysis and interpretation, with the ability to identify trends, variances, and potential risks. šŸ“Experience with the financial statement closing process and familiarity with month-end and year-end closing activities. šŸ“Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines. šŸ“Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. šŸ“Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. šŸ“Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish effective working relationships with cross-functional teams. šŸ“Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
