Requirements
šAt least 3+ years of engineering experience in fintech or financial operations or treasury šProficiency in Web3 and transacting on the Ethereum network, DeFi, cross-chain bridging & EVM compatible chains šExperience working with engineers and technical partners šAn owner's mindset and willingness to roll up their sleeves šAbility to work on and deliver on multiple workstreams šStrong relationship building skills and ability to cultivate productive cross functional partnerships šTech oriented and intellectually curious about new developments in the blockchain space
