Responsibilities

📍Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements. 📍Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies. 📍Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. 📍Coordinate and oversee statutory financial audits, liaising with external auditors as needed. 📍Ensure compliance with tax filing requirements and local regulations. 📍Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting and controls. 📍Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and drive financial performance. 📍Monitor changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with new requirements. 📍Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.

Requirements

📍Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 📍Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on month-end closing, internal controls, and financial reporting. 📍Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards. 📍Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. 📍Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 📍Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. 📍Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 📍Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
