What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

📍Support the development of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes, including variance analysis and trend identification. 📍Review month-end close activities in collaboration with the Accounting team and be a subject matter expert for the Trust & Risk and Platform Teams at Coinbase. 📍Support in creating business review materials and presentations with functional leadership. 📍Support in developing tools and resources to drive insights related to budget allocation, attribution analysis and financial reporting which will guide decision making. 📍Work cross-functionally with key partners on P&L forecasting, headcount management and ad hoc analysis. 📍Support in developing impactful, compelling presentation materials (decks, notes, write-ups, backup materials, etc.) that effectively communicates financial projections, drivers, business performance, risks and opportunities to leadership. 📍Support with ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by senior management.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

📍3+ years of relevant Financial Analyst experience in FP&A in a fast paced environment, investment banking, or similar. 📍BA/BS degree or equivalent. 📍Demonstrated success delivering process improvements working with multiple stakeholders. 📍Ability to summarize the key details of a complex topic for an executive audience. 📍The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and can-do attitude.
