Responsibilities

📍Utilize enterprise ERP and financial point systems to provide value-added analysis and reporting, driving insights for operational improvements. 📍Architect and translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, including the development of custom scripts using 📍JavaScript/JSQL to automate processes and extend system functionality. 📍Engage directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements that improve process efficiencies. 📍Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for software development. 📍Offer strategic recommendations to business users and executives, facilitating informed decision-making. 📍Support day-to-day system operations, advocating for and implementing a data-driven culture. 📍Conduct targeted training sessions to empower business users, boosting their system knowledge, confidence, and operational efficiency. 📍Adapt to a dynamic industry landscape, ensuring rapid delivery and time-to-market for system solutions. 📍Accommodate flexible working hours to ensure alignment and communication with global teams.

Requirements

📍5+ years of experience in a systems analysis or project management role, with significant exposure to financial systems. 📍Strong background in accounting/finance and systems consulting, with expertise in designing solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. 📍Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 📍Deep understanding of financial and accounting principles, able to translate complex data into actionable insights. 📍Proven ability to work effectively with business users to address complex system requirements and challenges. 📍High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to delivering quality results. 📍Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, often under minimal supervision. 📍Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, coupled with rigorous attention to detail.
