Job Summary
Your Impact:
šResponsible for implementing and administering incentive plans and commission payouts. š Responsible for calculating incentive commissions for all sales employee with focus on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans. šProvide commission-related reports to various stakeholders. šAssist with internal process improvement initiatives. šAd hoc reporting and analysis. šReconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies
The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
šExperience in sales compensation, at least 5 years šBachelor's degree in finance preferred, or equivalent relevant experience šExcellent Microsoft Excel skills šHands-on experience with a software-based commission tool. šStrong organizational skills šStrong communication skills
