Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManage and keep accurate records of daily transactions including invoicing and expense bills. šManage the revenue invoicing. šManage the accounts of our companies on respective accounting software like Tally and QuickBooks šBe the main contact point for addressing any queries related to financial operations. šLiaison with the audit, taxation and secretarial offices to ensure all bookkeeping, filings and compliance requirements are up to date for all our entities. šMaintain and monitor current assets and liabilities including keeping records of accounts payables/receivables and reconciliation of dues. šTake initiative on improvements in financial operations processes and policies in order to handle business scaling efficiently. šAnalysis of financial data and generation of management information reports, leading to actionable insights for the business teams and budget preparations.
Requirements:
š3-5 years of prior work experience as a finance executive in a similar role. šCandidates with prior experience in handling merchant settlements for marketplaces/e- commerce companies would enjoy an added advantage. šB.com/ M.com degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with a preference for CA-Inters. šSolid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and regulations. šAdvanced MS Excel skills and excellent analytical and numerical skills. šStrong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data. šAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision. šAbility to organize and track over lapping tasks with frequent priority changes.
