Responsibilities

📍Conducting in-depth research on critical accounting issues, market trends, and regulatory updates and performing financial, cash flow and income statement analyses to assess the impact of new accounting standards or regulations. 📍Provide guidance on business processes and internal controls related to accounting and regulatory changes. 📍Providing technical support to the finance team in relation to complex accounting issues. 📍Revise and maintain the group’s accounting policies to align with the latest accounting standards. 📍Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication on accounting topics. 📍Undertake additional tasks assigned to support business needs.

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business required; advanced degrees or CPA certification preferred. 📍At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting/technical accounting; prior audit experience is advantageous. 📍Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or US GAAP; Familiarity with SEC rules is an advantage. 📍Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial instrument valuation is a plus. 📍Exceptional analytical, project management, presentation, and communication skills. 📍Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 📍Fluent in written and spoken English.
